Number of Indoor Ski Centres in China Reaches 26, Taking World Total to 90

Benny Wu, author of the authoritative guide to rapidly expanding ski industry, reports that there are now 26 indoor snow centres open across the country, a rise of five during 2018 compared to the 2017 figure. Snowalk Doubles in Size

Malaysia’s Snowalk indoor snow centre, which first opened in 2011, has had a major upgrade and has doubled in size. Located in the futuristic I-City, ‘Snowalk’ was already home to igloos, ice houses, ice slides, snowmen, ice sculptures and millions of LED lights for special effects including recreating the aurora borealis. However the centre has been expanded to cover 4,500
