Silent Snow Ritual

TechnoAlpin Indoor have introduced a multi-sensory meditation ritual within its Snowroom, in partnership with music and soundscape creation company Myndstream.

The ten-minute guided breathing and meditation ritual, Silent Snow, blends functional music to calm the nervous system, stimulate circulation and anchor the mind in the present. The audio was available with a voiceover or without, for an immersive soundscape experience.

Sara Brenniger, executive manager of TechnoAlpin Indoor, said: “We believe the future of wellness lies not just in the tools we provide, but in the experiences they enable. With our new experience concept, we are creating a seamless, immersive experience that allows guests to focus on what truly matters – their connection to the moment. Silent Snow is more than a product; it’s a gateway to a new standard of service delivery and guest engagement.”

The company plans to continue to explore how technology and nature can create memorable moments for guests to recover and regenerate.

Myndstream also developed a second multi-sensory alpine soundscape for use in TechnoAlpin’s Snowroom. The Alpine Atmosphere soundscape is a 30-minute sonic adventure that features gentle wind sounds, the crunch of crushed snow and expansive melodies designed to transport guests to mountainous environments.

Snowroom guests can access the soundscapes on Myndstream’s online platform The Stream. Freddie Moross, founder, Myndstream, said: “Cold therapy has become a cornerstone of recovery in the wellness and fitness industries in recent years. Pairing Myndstream’s thoughtfully designed soundscapes with the TechnoAlpin Indoor Snowroom experience engages both body and mind while capturing guests’ imagination.

“The immersive sonic journeys support a sense of calm, aid recovery and encourage overall balance, creating a multi-sensory experience unlike any other,” added Moross. “Within the Snowroom, the restorative qualities of cold meet the grounding and inspiring power of music – transforming each session into a holistic journey that leaves guests revitalised and centred.”
